Boppy feeding pillow review
Teddy and I have gotten to know each other well over the last 5 weeks, and one way we became really acquainted is breastfeeding. We have gotten to know how and when to feed, how to latch properly and most importantly how to feed comfortably.
It took nearly 3 weeks for me to realise that I needed to be comfortable whilst feeding Teddy, otherwise it would cause backache in the future which I really don't want. The health visitor recommended getting a pillow to use while I feed him as it will take the strain off my back, therefore avoiding backache. I hadn't given it much thought until I went into Mothercare and saw the boppy feeding pillow. I instantly fell in love with the design of it, as it's a neutral colour and has a mama and baby elephant on it which I thought was so cute! It had also been reduced and was the last one there so I snapped it up without a second thought! I couldn't wait to test it out, so as soon as we had returned home I just had to try it!
OH MY GOODNESS! It completely changed the feeding game! I was able to sit comfortably and still have use of an arm- I mean I did before, but as I had a place to rest the arm supporting Teddy, I only needed to use one arm and his body was supported by the pillow. It meant he was comfortable and supported and so was I. The design of it means it fits around your body but isn't tight or restricting and it's soft cover means I know Teddy is on a comfy surface, maybe a little too comfy as he falls asleep during feeds.

I purchased this pillow for £30 in the sale, but it has now gone down to £15. If I were you, I'd get my hands on one ASAP before they sell out as it is the best investment ever!
